How Can A Buttock Lump With Pus Be Treated?

hello im having a boil or lump on top end of buttcrack , when im trying to sit in a posture or lie down in the same position for a little longer time, im getting bloody pus out of that place....tjhis is happening to me for more than six months now.....can somebody help me n this?
