How Can A Buttocks Cheek Bruise With A Painful Lump Be Treated?

h I feel down the stairs a few weeks ago and got a real large bruise directly on my buttocks cheek. the bruise is almost all gone but the lumo is still there I have pain if I clench buttocks ie walking ( full extention of left leg to the back type deal. I am icing right now but should it be heat?? thanks for any help you can suggest
