How Can A Chronic Leg Muscle Pain Be Treated?

Hi this is John, 28 year old, 5'8", weght 120 kg. Recently, i got cronic pain in my right leg above knee mussel (Back side). Last night i was ok, but when i woke up in the next morning i feel pain. it was started 7 to 8 days ago. I ony took few Paracetamols. Due to my exams i did not see doctor. What should i do now? Please.
