Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Clogged left ear may be due to Eustachian tube block or infection or allergies etc.

Avoid cool drinks and frozen water, avoid smoking and alcohol intake.

Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use decongestant nasal spray in both nose twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor. He will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
