a 95 year old man fell face first onto the floor 24 hours ago, carpeting over concrete. He was rushed to the hospital and CT scan indicated no neck or brain injury. He is now exhiting signs of confusion, etc. can symptoms of a concussion show up 24 hours later?

sympoms of concusion can show of but itis not progressive and there will not be any sine of head injury. no vomiting nausea or pupil reaction to light.watch for sign of head injury recovery in concusion is complete since it is only brain shacking.
