General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

It is better to get a CT scan done as he is a high-risk candidate for internal bleeding. Better to take him to ER and get a CT head done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
