Hi....i'm razi .my age is 35,waight 50, my t3 -0.76, t4-7.00,tsh-4.68. i got my hsg done on 22 feb 2014. Report says hsg shows a normal uterine cavity.the right tube is not opacified from its cornual end.the left tube is opacified in its full extent.spill seen on left side. IMPRESSION:- right cornaul block. Patent left tube. So doctors...can you plz help me with the problem i am facing.i am trying hard to conceive.would i be able to become mother..what can i do for this problem...plz advice...

For one side cornual block no need to worry you can conceive.
Your thyroid hormone indicate hypothyroidism for which you need to take thyronorm 25 mcg once a day on empty stomach.
Your TSH should be 2.5 when you are conceiving.
do semen analysis of your partner.
