How Can A Cut Beside The Penile Urethral Opening Be Treated?

Hi doctor, I somehow got a slight cut just on the inside of my penis head and every time I try to let it grow back, it starts to growin a way that shuts the hole in my penis. I m not sure how to let I heal without shutting. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It may be phimosis.

You need to meet a general surgeon for circumcision. For pain, you can take a painkiller but the surgical option is the best method.
