hi , How can a small cut ( hole ) on the head of the penis ( under the hole ) be treated ? (at first look its as the size of a dot , but later it noticed that its a little bit larger : a small line and have like a black color when its slightly opened) . 4 questions : 1- is it concerning ? 2- can betadine be used ( its the only thing available ) 3- can it be treated in home ? 4- if not is the dermatologist the right dr to be asked about this ? Since the hole on the glans was small, and now enlarging, a small line and have a black color when it is slightly opened.
To answer your 4 questions:
1- is it concerning ?
Certainly this is concerning unless proved otherwise.
2- can Betadine be used ( its the only thing available )
Yes, Betadine can be used.
3- can it be treated in home ?
It should not be treated at home unless told by your Doctor on clinical examination and necessary investigations.
4- if not is the dermatologist the right dr to be asked about this ?
You may please consult either a Dermatologist or can consult a General Surgeon/Urologist..
