How Can A Dark Purple Bruise On The Lower Back Be Treated?

I have a dark purple bruise that I just noticed on the lower right side of my torso. It is not at all sensitive to the touch. I just happened to see it. There are two other smaller bruises just below the bigger, dark purple bruise. Should I be concerned?

Hi, are you taking any blood thinning drugs? They can cause these kind of spots. If you stop these medicines for a while they will go away--regards
