How Can A Delayed Period Be Treated?

my wife's period got delayed by 10 days, she is not pregnant as we didn't have intercourse for last 2 months. What can we do so that she gets her periods? She got her wisdom teeth removed in december and taking medicine for same. but got her periods timly in jan
