How Can A Delayed Period Not Being A Pregnancy Be Confirmed?

hello i have a preagnacy related question so to start off i will describe my menstrual cycle. on may 6-11 i had my last regular period. and on my 15 i had unprotected sex for the first time, even though he didnt ejaculate i took plan B about 6 hours after the incident being afraid of pre-ejacualtion. on May 21 i had unprotected sex again, but just like the other time he didnt ejaculate inside me. about a week and a half from taking plan B i had "my period", except it wasnt like it normally is. it was very light and spotting, this lasted for about 4-5 days. i was expecting my normal period on June 1, but im still waiting. after about three weeks from my first intercourse i took two preagnacy tests both coming out negative. i am woried that i might be preagnant since i am about 2 weeks late. i would like to know if heres anything i cando to assure myself that im not just in case those preagnacy test were misleading. or if i do have a high risk of being preagnant.
any advice will be helpful, thankyou for your time.

Hi there. after going through your question and fully understanding your problem, I would like to suggest the following.
1) There is almost no chance of pregnancy because he did not ejaculate inside you, plus you had it on 7th day and also you had taken plan b.
2) The first bleeding that you had was probably due to the plan b.
3) Periods get delayed after plan b.
4) If you are worried, you can get a blood test called serum beta HCG. That will give you an accurate diagnosis of pregnancy.
