How Can A Delayed Period With Endometriosis Be Treated?

hi im 19 female i have endometriosis so i took3 months of shots to push me through menapause but had to stop the shots. so i took the shots 7 weeks ago and think im 6 weeks pregnant but i dont have a period back again so the prego tests are negative what u think
