Hi Doctor. I have been bitten by my dog accidently , when couple of stray dogs, came in to fight with my dog,i got bitten, when i tried to hold the Neck Collor Belt.my dog is a cross breed of Rot & Pitbull,age of 2 years now. i missed last vaccination. and i can see a small wound on my dogs arm. what do i need to do now SUMIT

There is vaccine for rabies that is post exposure prophylaxis. You have to take vaccines on days 0, 3, 7, 14 and 30 of dog bite.
Even if it is a pet dog, it's better to go for vaccination to prevent rabies infection, as it causes 100% mortality. I would advise you to get your dog also vaccinated.
