How Can A Dog Bite Be Treated?

Hi I have a bite from a german shepherd on my forearm just below the elbow. I have some nerve damage and the pain has subsided after four weeks even the pain in my arm however my pinky is still sore and have no strength in the arm or hand how do I know the severity of the nerve damage and recovery time to regain full functionality in the arm?

The issue of nerve involvement is best evaluated with EMG and NCV which is electromyography and nerve conduction velocity test with expert neuro analyst.
