How Can A Dog Bite Be Treated?

I was bitten by a dog in Paris 10 days ago. I was on vacation asked the owner of the pet of dog is vaccinated, she said yes! The bite was not very deep but two teeth dug in, now it has heeled like a regular wound. Is there any vaccine that can be work now for me ?
