How Can A Dog Bite Be Treated?

Hi.. i took 3 doses of rabipur vaccine plus 1 booster shot last year dec. 2016, i followed all the instructions of my nurse and i got bitten by a puppy(small scrape on forearm) this month of october 2017. But that puppy has nt take any anti rabies vaccination. My question is.. do i need to get a vaccine again? THANK YOU.

first wound should be cleaned by soap,rabbis virus is sensitive to detergent action of the soap,the wound should not be closed,generally vaccine doses on day 0,3,7,14 and 30 are recommended, in case of immunocompromised individuals a booster on day 90 is advised, in your case you got bitten with in an year of vaccination,so you need to take two doses on day 0 and 3
