How Can A Dog Scratch Be Treated?

Hi. I have been bitten by a 2-month old puppy. I have taken the required tetanus and anti rabies vaccine. The puppy is now 3 months old and healthy and very playful and have not yet received the rabies vaccine. Just today, my son got a scratch with the puppy s nail with blood oozing but not that many. The scratch was clean with running water and soap for five minutes. I have yet to give my boy the povidone iodine for the scartch. May I ask what should I do next?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You should also gives him tetanus and anti rabies injection.
Since that dog is not vaccinated, better to give vaccine to your son.
So give tetanus injection and anti rabies vaccine.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
