good noon sir sir my name is ..... my age is 27years, height 5.7', weight 80kgs, i have epidydmis cyst for past 2months . i consuted doctor he gave tablets , doctor said its not much harful to worry take tight dress code it will be ok, sir can u please tell is that without surgery is it possible to take precation.thankyou sir

You have been detected to have Epididymal Cyst (Spermatocele ).

Epididymal cyst(Spermatocele ) is a benign cyst .It is often painless and does not need to be treated .Treatment (Surgery ) is advised only in a situation when it gets infected or increases in size and becomes painful (Which happens very rarely).

In the mean while you can take pain killers like Diclofenac as and when required for minor discomfort
