How Can A Fishbone Stuck In Throat Be Removed?

I have a fishbone lodged in my throat area and every time I eat bread or banana to make it go down it goes down to a point and then comes back up to the back of my throat, lodged in the back of my throat and I can feel it when I swallow, what can I do, is there a home remedy?
