How Can A Foot Lump With Pain Caused By Injury Be Treated?

I was playing football and someone fell on me and i rolled myh ankle. I heard a pop and went inside to rest my foot where I then elevated the foot and applied ice. My ankle is fine but there is a bump on the top part of my foot. I can move all my toes. I can rotate my ankle but I can't walk without feeling significant pain. Will this go away with continued application of ice?
