How Can A Forearm Bruise With A Spot Be Treated?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi I noticed this evening that I have a large bruise on my forearm near the wrist.. It has a white spot in the middle. I do not remember hitting it on anything. Wasn't sure what might be causing it.
