my mri reports says "the scan findings reveal compression and fracture with alterad signal intencity of d9 vertebral body with involvement of the posterior elements and a small right paravertebral soft tissua collection at this site" my age is 79 and doctor suggested me a surgery what are the other options apart from sugery
