How Can A Fractured Pelvic Bone Be Treated?

I have fractured pelvic bone. I was released from rehab and was doing well and walking with a cane. My doctor prescribed another blood pressure medication that made my blood pressure very high. Now I m having a lot of pain in my pelvic bone area I can hardly walk. Could this be due to the blood pressure being high because of the change in medication?
