How Can A Hard Lump Under The Right Eye Be Treated?

I have had a skin problem for 3-4 months now. Put meds on my skin, but not much luck..Lately when I wake up in the morning (I have apnea) there's lumps under my eyes....under my right eye it's become a hard lump under my eye that I can kinda move around. Puzzled about it all. A doctor said I had excema, but I just don't know what to think..Any ideas??
