How Can A Head Injury Be Treated?

I have a friend he is 19 years old about september last year he fell of a bike n hit his head and the doctors sent him home and tolf hism he was fine and 3 weeks ago he went back to the doctor for a head ache and he told hime that be bursed a blood vessel in his head and that there was nothing he could do for him and he would live past 21...i need another opinion please tell me you can help
