How Can A Hemorrhoid Be Treated?

my anus has a small tissue protruding from it. When I do a number two I notice that the tissue is out more. I can push it back up but it still tends to protrude but it does not hurt or hamper me but I do tend to feel it more after a poo. What is the best solution please.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
A small tissue protruding from anus, protruding more on passing motion, not causing any symptoms, not hampering can be due to the following reasons:
If the protruding mass is soft and not causing any symptoms it is most probably protruding pile which is also called as hemorrhoid.
If the piece is small and either in front or back part, this any be a sentinel pile, a misnomer in a sense that it does not contain anything as pile like a blood vessel.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult a General Surgeon for per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy if you are more than 30 years old.
This will he exact diagnosis and gives a plan of management.
Take Laxatives to keep the stools soft.
Sitz bath twice a day.
Avoid the foods and beverages that increase the problem.
