How Can A Itchy Red Dot On The Thigh After An Insect Bite Be Treated?

I have what looks like insect bite MB a bee or wasp etc it s sarted a itchy red dot on my thigh and. Bikini line. The thigh now has. A long story neglect. Red line extended out f m spot it is very ref irritated and itchy looks like a tunnel lik what a mole makes in the sand

Hi.
As per your case history you are having insect bite dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesion as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
