How Can A Kidney Infection Be Treated?

I have been having trouble with my kidneys for over 3 months I was diagnosed with a kidney infection. Sometimes I have to pee really bad but can t get it to come out it s sometimes black I have back pain difficulty breathing chest tightness small bumps all over my fave that look like acne but no matter what I do they will not go away sometimes when I do finally get my urine to come out it s not alot and I normally pee 2 or 3 times per day. I am a recovering heroin addict, as well. Kidney disease runs in my family

for calculi take ultrasound kub and urine culture sensitivity be done and most effective antibiotic recomanded can be taken urine for albumin be tested. drink more water and can take syp alcasol three times daily. consult nephrologist for advise o treatment and dieat.
