General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome.
Incomplete data like age, gender, site of the stone in the kidney, blood tests, etc.
At the outset let me advice you that a 6 mm stone may flush out with liquids intake up to 3 litres daily.
Also, take smooth muscle relaxants like Tamsulosin & anti-spasmodics.
A Potassium magnessium citrate syrup also helps in dissolving the stone.
You have not mentioned site of stone. There are different sites in the kidney or in the tube from kidney to bladder.
If the medical treatment is not effective, repeat the ultrasound scan in one month time, and if you've repeated episodes of pain, do you need to consider lithotripsy or ureterscopic removal of the stone depending upon the location of the stone.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
