How Can A Leg Affected By Polio Be Treated Surgically?

Hi My cousin has affected by polio when she was 1 yr old now she is 23yrs her left leg has the problem she took 2 operations but nothing has been changed is there any operation that can cure her leg completely ? so she can walk normaly without any problem in her walking action. Thanks
