How Can A Lesion On The Right Foot Be Treated?

i am a 25 year old male, presenting with the complaint of lesion on my right foot ,which is at my base of second toe, it is a circumscribed lesion with multiple central puncta, skin arround it is growing and causing me pain while iam walking, so i m cutting the extra growth frequently,then i noticed that the center has vascularity ,later i came to know that it is a verruca , now i m applying 12% salicylic acid cream to it .but it has no improvement,i want to know any other treatment modality avvailable for that apart from surgical removal

Hello,

Kindly get your verrucae removed by the minor OT procedure. it is the very short procedure and not surgery can be done under local anesthesia.

You can even get excision biopsy done to know what kind of tissue might be present in that region and if it was infectious or malignant then we can treat condition accordingly. So, kindly get above tests done.
