How Can A Ligament Injury In The Knee Be Treated?

Sir, I had a ligament injury in my knee 3 months back. I didnt opt for MRI and surgeries and opted for hard core rest. My situation seemed to improve gradually. But, 3 weeks ago I slipped my leg, and the situation was same as 3 months ago. Please guide.

do the same if you can! rest,ice it,and then physical treatment. and physical treatment,and......then see were you stand. if its not good enough-mri and arthroscopical surgery. again,followed by prolonged physical treatment.
