General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.

I am a liver surgeon and I have seen and treated many abscesses in liver. What I can say is that some therapy is definitely required as soon as possible. Abscess will not disappear on its own and whether to perform surgery or us aspiration is your doctors's choice but something should be done. I suggest surgery since on this way we will be able to removed abscess completely. Also some underlyng issue may be treated in the same tome such as tumor or galbladder stones. I hope that you will find the solution before it ruptures or grow to significant size.

I hope I have answered you query. If you have any further questions you can contact us in every time.
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
