Hi,

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to get it reviewed by a dermatologist or a gynecologist.

Biopsy of the lesion may be needed to rule out any potentially malignant growth. It can be chronic follicular infection.

Local hygiene should be ensured as well as may need topical antibiotics as well as oral anti-inflammatory drugs like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
