How Can A Lump On The Labia Majora Be Treated?

Hi im 16 and i weigh about 150 I have a bump on the right side of my labia majora. its the size a fat pea and it has a black spot. It doesnt hurt at all and when i squeeze it white puss came out, but lately it produces nothing when i squeeze it. I have had this bump for a couple of days. What can this be?
