How Can A Missed Period Despite Taking Primolut-N Be Treated?

my period was late, and i ma not pregnant, so my doctor suggested me to take tablet primoult-n for 5 days, its been 3 days i completed my course of medicine, but period is not started yet, just had a blood spot 2 days before or today. what should i do?

Hello,

If you have delayed periods and you have confirmed that you are not pregnant, then please wait for the withdrawal bleeding.

Usually, withdrawal bleeding after taking tablets like Primolut N, can start 3 to 10 days after finishing the tablets. So, I will suggest you to wait for a week.

If your periods are not started even after 15 days of finishing the tablets, please seek your Gynecologist advice.
