Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
If you are not getting your periods inspite of taking Tablet Regestrone, I will suggest you to get USG done and
blood test for FSH, LH and prolactin levels and T3, T4 and TSH.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for a course of combined
oral contraceptive pills for 21 days. If you get your periods after finishing the tablets within 3 to 10 days then your
ovarian reserve needs to be assessed by doing serum AMH levels.
If you do not get your periods with the pills then hystrescopy is advisable. This will help to know about the endometrial lining of the uterus and
endometrial biopsy will give clear idea about absence of periods.
Aabormal prolactin levels can be treated with tablet
Cabergoline course and abnormal thyroid function can be treated with thyroid hormone tablet. Your treating doctor can guide you about the same.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks
