General Surgeon 's  Response
Since the doctor has examined you and found no other abnormality other than the strained right groin muscle, this in all probability is the cause of your discomfort. You say that you keep moving heavy objects. It would be good to give rest to your body and avoid all strenuous work till complete healing of the muscle fibers of your right groin. If you take complete rest, then in 3 to 4 weeks the injured muscles will heal, and then you can gradually start your work once again.
