How Can A Muscle Tear In The Groin Area Be Treated?

After I had a bad fall I found that I could hardly walk I have had an x Ray there’s no broken bones, the doctor said it could be a tear in my groin, or a muscle tear, I was prescribed panadian forte 2 tablets 4 times a day, I’m constipated , I have been taking prunealax ,what would you recommend.
