How Can A Non-healing Wound On The Calf Muscles Be Treated?

I have a wound on my calf that doesn t want to heal. My doctor prescribed something called, I think, collagenase. (Don t know if the spelling is correct.) When I went to the pharmacy, they said this would cost, after insurance, four hundred dollars, which I do not have. Is there something else I could get that isn t so costly?
