How Can A Painful Hemangioma Be Treated?

I was told that I have Hemangioma of 11 mm in segment V on my liver in Apr 2015. That time I was not having any pain. Doctor said that not to worry if it does nt pain . But now I am getting pain frequently, Is there any treatment in homeopathy? Please suggest.
