How Can A Painful Injury On The Right Thigh Be Treated?

I fell and landed on my hip against the edge of a deck. I fell hard and high as I was thrown from a boat onto the deck. I had instant pain and deformity on my right thigh and hip area with inability to walk or move by myself for two days. I could not sit on the toilet after being placed there due to the position. X-ray were negative. 6 months later, the area looks as if I am healing from a shark bite. I did have a hematoma drained 3 times. It is still large with atrophy. What type of physician should I seek next? I had it drained by my plastic surgeon.
