How Can A Painful Wrist Fracture Be Treated?

Hi,I broke my scayphoid in my wrist on November 1st 2016 while running up a flight of stairs in work while rushing to a meeting.For 3 weeks I wasn t aware that it was broken.1st time I ever broke any bone ever and I m 42.so I ended up in a cast for 8 wks only to be told that I needed it for a further 4 wks.i was nervous getting the cast off but optimistic.however 6 months later pain arrived and I went to the Doc to get an injection.i got 8 wks relief then the pain came again and another injection ensued but this one lasted 3 wks..from there I was given tramodal for the pain.again back to the Doc this time I was referred to a Physio and after 6 sessions this was to no avail..I requested an mri only to be told today that nothing is there..just general wear&tear enough though I m left handed.now I m on 60mg of etoricoxib for the next 2 wks and if there s no joy there he s going to send me to hospital to see a hand surgeon..can you advise?
