How Can A Penis Shaft Lump Be Treated?

i am 14 and i masturbate every so often like 2 to 3 times a week but a red, painless lump appeard just below the head suddenly after. i have looked online about it and have not drew any conclusions on what it could be and i am too embarassed to go to a gp about it. I am a virgin (obviously) so i have ruled out any possibilities of any std s.
