How Can A Pilonidal Cyst Be Lanced?

Hey! This is my first time experiencing a pilonidal cyst and I ve read a lot of stories about them and i wanted to know if you have any advice on how to help it any way possible? My doctor says it s not come to a head so they can t lance it just yet. Any tips? Please, as a dancer it would really help me out!
