How Can A Pounding Heart And Numbness Of Arms, Post Meals, Be Treated?

I have discomfort after meals: heavy pounding in my chest area and under Left ribs/ Also i have left arm numbing. All my heart exams shows no wrong. Blood almost norm. high on shugar. I am 66. Not heavy, but put some weight on for last 15 years. No medication

Consult a cardiologist and get evaluated.

We have to rule out possible causes like post prandial angina.

Detailed evaluation including serial ECG and echo are required for further assessment.
