How Can A Pregnancy After Intercourse Be Prevented?

Hey doctor, while having sex with my gf, I wore two condoms and the outside condom(2nd one) got torn off. And I have a doubt that sperm did go inside. Doctor please tell me how to prevent her from getting pregnant. It s been almost 15 hours since that incident happened please suggest me something, what should I do to be on the safer side?

I understand your concern
There is chance of the pregnancy as condom torn.
For safer side, take unwanted 72 pill as early as possible with in 24 hour of sex to prevent the unwanted pregnancy.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet and do regualr exercise.
