Hi, madam my name is chandu,fe-male,i have 20 years old . and my problem is i have pregnency . actually my mc date is in between 2nd and 7th in a month. i participated in sex on 13 th july 2010. i wnt to remove it by medicine . can u give me suggestion .by medicine only

Understand your concern
Pregnancy is terminated by mifepristone plus misoprostol. It is safe and effective if done under the advice of gynecologist after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG scan.
Do not use at home as self medication as it cause excessive bleeding and cramps that can not be controlled at home.
By procedure, 600 mg mifepristone oarlly should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally by gynecologist. If required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour.
Completeness of abortion process should be check by USG scan after 14 days. Rest for 48 hour, meftal spas, healthy diet with iron supplements should be advisable.
