How Can A Pregnancy Be Safely Aborted?

hello doctor, i m 27 yers old with one son and presently i am continueing my studies, to complete my studies i am left with one and half years, now my problem is its been one and half months that my mensuration didnt come, i doubt maybe i m gone pregnant and due to my on going studies i can't give birth to the second child currently, for this i feel very sorry with my decission as i feel my studies is more important for my entire life . so kindly suggest me any suitable advice which don't have side effects? what could be the best method and what should i go for?

Mifepristone plus misoprostol is safe , effective and reliable treatment for abortion of one and half month of pregnancy if done under directives of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by transvaginal USG. Do not try this medicine as home as risk of failure and complication are high.
By procedure, mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally after 48 hour under observation of gynecologist. USG should be done after 14 days to confirm retain product after abortion. Abortion pill cause side effects those are bearable like bleeding more than period with blood clots and tissue, abdominal cramp, headache, back pain, tiredness. But all theses last for 3-4 days. Rest, analgesic and maintenance of pelvic hygiene should advisable after abortion. Use safe sex practice till your study get finished to prevent unwanted pregnancy in the future
